Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order 25 stickers or 25,000. The price per sticker drops as the quantity climbs, but there is no minimum you have to clear before we will print for you.
Do you charge setup or artwork fees?
No. Checking your file, building the cut path, fixing problems and sending you a digital proof are all included on every order, no matter how small.
Does a custom shape cost more than a circle or square?
No. Price is based on the size and quantity of your stickers, not the complexity of the shape. A detailed die-cut costs the same as a plain rectangle of the same dimensions.
Can I order more than one design in the same run?
Yes. You can split a run across several designs, or put multiple designs together on a kiss-cut sheet. Request a quote and tell us how you want the quantities divided.
Artwork and proofs
What file formats do you accept?
SVG, AI, EPS and PDF are ideal because they are vector and stay sharp at any size. PNG works well too, especially with a transparent background. JPG is fine, but it cannot hold transparency, so tell us what you want cut around.
What resolution does my artwork need to be?
Aim for 300 DPI at the final print size. As a rule of thumb a 75mm sticker wants an image around 900 pixels wide. If your file is too low-resolution we will tell you on the proof rather than printing something you will be disappointed with.
How long does the free proof take?
Usually about two hours during business hours. A real person opens your file, checks it, fixes the cut line and sends you a digital proof. Nothing goes to print until you approve it, and revisions are free.
I do not have print-ready artwork. Can you help?
Yes. Send us whatever you have — even a photo of a logo or a rough sketch — and our team will help turn it into a print-ready file. Request a quote and describe what you are after.
Will the colours print exactly as they look on my screen?
Very close, but not identical. Screens show RGB and printers use CMYK ink, so extremely bright neons and electric blues shift slightly because they sit outside what ink can physically reproduce. If an exact brand colour matters, send us the Pantone or hex value and we will match as closely as the process allows.
Materials and durability
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. Every sticker is printed on 7-year outdoor-rated vinyl and laminated, so it handles rain, dishwashers, water bottles, windscreens and weather without the ink running or the sticker breaking down.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes. They hold up on stainless and plastic drink bottles through repeated dishwasher cycles. Apply to a clean, dry, room-temperature surface and leave it 24 hours before the first wash so the adhesive fully bonds.
How long will they last outside?
The vinyl is rated for seven years of outdoor exposure before noticeable fading, and every sticker gets a UV laminate over the print. That matters in Australia — most cheap stickers skip the laminate, which is why they go chalky within a season.
What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut?
Die-cut means the sticker and its backing are both cut to your shape, so you get an individual sticker in the exact silhouette of the artwork. Kiss-cut cuts through the vinyl only and leaves the backing intact, so the sticker sits on a small square of backing paper — easier to peel, and it lets several designs share one sheet.
Will they damage paint or walls when removed?
Removed properly, no. Warm the sticker gently and peel slowly at a low angle and it will lift cleanly from car paint, glass and most sealed surfaces. Our wall murals use a low-tack adhesive designed to come off painted walls without taking the paint with it.
Can I see the materials before I order?
Yes. Order the $1 sample pack and you will get all thirteen stocks — matte, gloss, clear, holographic, glitter and more — to hold and stick to the actual surface you are printing for.
Delivery and returns
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship four business days after you approve your proof. Sydney and Newcastle are typically 1–2 days from there, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra 2–3 days, Adelaide 3–4 days and Perth 4–6 days. Every order is tracked.
Where do you print and ship from?
Everything is printed in our workshop at 18 Punch St, Artarmon, in Sydney. We are not a reseller sending your job offshore, and we ship Australia wide.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, local pickup from Artarmon is available. Mention it when you order so we can let you know as soon as your job is off the machine.
What if my order arrives damaged or is not what I approved?
We will reprint it. If what arrives does not match the proof you approved, or the order is damaged in transit, contact us with a photo and we will remake the job. See our returns policy for the full detail.
