We stand behind every sticker we print. If something is wrong, we make it right — no hoops, no drama.
Our 100% Reprint Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from your approved proof, we will reprint it at no charge. Just email us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We’ll arrange a reprint or refund within 1 business day.
What We Can’t Refund
- Errors in artwork you submitted and approved in the proof (e.g., typos, wrong colours in your own file)
- Change of mind after production has started
- Orders where artwork was approved and the print matches the proof
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to Claim
Email hello@kingkongstickers.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business hour during business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm AEST).
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
